Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our software development services. By working with Attreides, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Attreides ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us") software development services ("the Service"), you ("Client", "you", or "your") accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not engage our services.

Service Description

Attreides provides custom software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app development, enterprise software solutions, digital transformation consulting, and ongoing technical support. All services are provided on a project basis unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Project Engagement Process

Our engagement process includes: (a) Initial consultation and project discovery

(b) Proposal and project scope definition

(c) Contract execution and project kickoff

(d) Agile development with regular milestones

(e) Testing, deployment, and handover

(f) Post-launch support as specified in the agreement. Each project begins with a signed Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines specific deliverables, timelines, and costs.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) Provide accurate project requirements and necessary materials

(b) Maintain timely communication and feedback

(c) Provide access to necessary systems, accounts, and resources

(d) Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes

(e) Make payments according to the agreed schedule

(f) Respect our intellectual property and confidential information.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, project details, and any proprietary data shared during our engagement. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information and will sign additional NDAs as required. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Scope Changes and Modifications

Changes to project scope, timeline, or requirements must be documented and agreed upon in writing. Additional work outside the original scope will be billed separately at our standard rates. We reserve the right to adjust timelines based on scope changes or delays caused by factors outside our control.

Warranties and Support

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide bug fixes for critical issues within the agreed warranty period. However, we do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet all your specific requirements unless explicitly stated in the project agreement.

Project Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to date. We will deliver all completed work and transfer any applicable rights as specified in the project agreement. Termination does not release either party from obligations that survive termination.
